1. Service-Based Business
Insurerity operates as an insurance lead generation and advisory platform. We do not directly underwrite insurance policies. Once your information is submitted and shared with licensed insurance partners, the service is considered fulfilled.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
- Incorrect billing caused by our system error
- Service not delivered due to internal platform failure
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after submitting information
- Customer dissatisfaction with insurance quotes provided by third-party providers
- Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the user
- Services already delivered or processed
4. Third-Party Insurance Providers
Insurance policies, premiums, and approvals are handled by independent licensed insurance companies. Any payments made directly to these providers are subject to their individual refund policies.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
